Xiaotong Hu is currently product manager at smart Europe for in car connectivity and digital services. She leads a team representing European customers’ expectations towards in car infotainment, connected services, mobile App as well as vehicle over-the-air update validation, aiming for providing exceptional EV customer experience. Xiaotong has extensive experience in connected car topics. Before joining smart, her professional experience was majorly at Mercedes-Benz in both China and Germany, from both development and business perspectives, where her responsibility was to launch Mercedes me connect in China market, build up cross-car-line connectivity offering for NTG5 and MBUX, competitor analysis for digital ecosystem.
