About Speaker

Background:
I was born in Northwest Italy and I graduated from Politecnico di Torino in 2009 as a mechanical engineer with a Mater’s in Automotive. I have covered various roles within the automotive sector from Vehicle Dynamics for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Italy to ADAS autonomous emergency braking system engineer in the UK for Jaguar land Rover. ADAS and motion control led me to my current role as Chief Engineer at Lotus, where I am responsible for the Active Safety, Comfort Driving, Functional Safety and Vehicle Motion Control at Lotus UK for systems deliverables.  
First car:
A Autobianchi A112 Abarth that I inherited from my mum, it was wonderful and very quick for that period.  
Favourite Lotus:
Emira, I started working with Lotus on this project and it is like the first love, it will always be with you.  
Outside Lotus:
I try to keep a work life balance, so the evenings and weekends are for Triathlon training & cooking.
