Dr. Hariharan Venkitachalam is an Engineering Leader in the Automotive domain with more than 13 years of experience across various domains like ADAS, Powertrain, and Infotainment systems. Currently, Dr. Venkitachalam is a Chief Engineer at Iveco, who leads the ADAS and General Safety Regulation development for Zero-Emission Trucks. Previously, he worked as a Software Technology Manager for ZF in the field of ADAS systems. In this role, he spearheaded the creation of a new software development team for ZF's next-generation radar system. Prior to this role, he has fulfilled various engineering roles in System and SW development across Bosch, FEV, and ZF Friedrichshafen. In addition to this, he has lectured on the topic of Software Defined Vehicles at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences.  Dr. Venkitachalam completed his dissertation from the Chair of Thermodynamics of Mobile Energy Conversion Systems at RWTH Aachen University. His technical and research interests include Automotive Electronics, ADAS, Cybersecurity, and Software Defined Vehicles.
