Firas Lethaus is Head of the deep learning expert center at the Volkswagen DATA:LAB Munich, Volkswagen Group. Prior to Volkswagen Group, he worked at AUDI AG, German Aerospace Center (DLR), Behavioural Brain Sciences Centre, University of Birmingham, UK, and as a freelancer. He has rich experience in the areas of automated driving, cognitive neuroscience, machine learning, applied cybernetics, statistics, psychophysics, eyetracking, and psycholinguistics. In addition, he reviews articles for several journals and conferences and is the co-founder of the global Volkswagen Group AI Team.
